To do this we are looking for an energetic, people-focused, process driven, Business Development Manager who has the ability to create and nurture growth – growth of people, the brand and the overall business.  As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be joining a rapidly expanding department and be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and onboarding. You’ll also play a key part in introducing our services to the other organisations. There are plenty of perks to the role beyond the salary, and we can guarantee you’ll never be bored.

Key Areas of Responsibility

We’re looking for vibrant people with long-term ambitions to help us continue flourishing in our sector. Previous Sales/BDM  experience and a track record of achieving targets is preferred, but as long as you’re driven, committed and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Develop new business relationships with Customers and third party organisations

Conducting regular Monthly and Quarterly reviews

Increase both sales (growth) and profitability

Focus on continuous improvement opportunities with systems and processes

Participate in company wide and local initiatives that results in greater efficiencies and market share

Remain up to date with market trends, policies, products and legislative/regulatory codes

Requirement

You will have minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles, ideally with exposure to the Finance and Banking Industry.  You will have highly developed business acumen and pride yourself on your ability to provide exceptional customer service and delivery of successful outcomes.  You will thrive in and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, multi-project, multi-disciplined environment.
