If you are having issues logging in here are some helpful tips:

Have you Registered for Online Access?

If you have not registered for Acclaim Online you will not be able to login or use the Forgot your password feature. For help registering please see our How to Register guide in the section below.

Trouble logging in on your desktop?

If you are having trouble logging in on your desktop or mobile phone, try the following:

  • Open an incognito / private browsing window and then try logging into Acclaim Online again.
  • If you can log in via this new window, clear your cookies and cache and then log in as normal.
  • Try using a different internet browser.

Are you overseas or using an international number?

If you are traveling overseas and trying to access your Acclaim Online account using your Australian mobile number, you may not be able to receive your MultiFactor SMS code. Additional some countries have guidelines on how SMS messages are sent from Australia. So if you have registered your account with an international mobile number your MultiFactor SMS may be blocked. Please email acclaimadmin@acclaimwealth.com.au for additional information.
