The Hejaz Property Fund Active ETF is a Sharia-compliant property fund that provides investors with diversified exposure to real estate assets through carefully selected global and Australian REITs.
The Fund focuses on income-generating property assets while adhering strictly to Islamic investment principles. All investments are screened and monitored in accordance with the Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) standards.
The Fund is actively managed and aims to deliver regular income and long-term capital growth over a recommended investment horizon of five to seven years. Returns are not guaranteed and the value of investments may rise or fall.
