
Manama, Bahrain — Hejaz B.S.C. (c) is pleased to announce the establishment of its Board of Directors in Bahrain, bringing together independent and executive leadership to support the company’s continued development in the Kingdom.
The announcement follows Hejaz B.S.C. (c)’s recent Category 1 Investment Business Firm license from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), marking another step in establishing the governance and operational foundations of the business in Bahrain.
The Board is chaired by Yasser Alsalman, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Jaffer Yousif AlJamri and Nawaf Mohammed Abdulrahman. Hakan Ozyon, Chief Executive Officer, and Muzzammil Dhedhy serve as Executive Directors.
Yaser Al Salman is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, strategic leadership, organisational development, human resources, and legal and management consulting. He currently serves as CEO of Taiba Attorneys, Legal & Management Consultants and Najiz for Execution Co. W.L.L.
Throughout his career, Yaser has held senior roles with prominent organisations including Bapco, Zain Bahrain, and Arab Insurance Group (ARIG), gaining extensive experience in leadership, organisational development, human capital strategy, performance management, talent development, and corporate governance.
Yaser holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the University of London, further complementing his extensive executive, governance, and advisory experience.

Jaffer Yousif AlJamri has more than 21 years of experience spanning Bahrain’s judicial system, public prosecution and private legal practice.
He served as Judge of the High Civil Court following his appointment by Royal Order No. 48 of 2016. Before that, he served as Chief Prosecutor and Deputy Public Prosecutor at Bahrain’s Public Prosecution.
Mr. AlJamri is a licensed attorney admitted before all court levels, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is also an accredited commercial arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. His Ministry of Justice accreditations include civil and criminal mediation, while he is also a certified notary and private execution officer.
His BIBF qualifications cover several areas of Islamic finance, including Islamic financial transactions and Sharia contract theory. He has also completed certifications covering Islamic lease financing contracts and the legal analysis of Islamic financial contracts.
He is also a published author in criminal justice and brings experience in legal risk, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance to the Board.
Nawaf Mohammed Abdulrahman brings 28 years of technology leadership across several sectors, including financial services. He currently serves as CEO of Urbansoft Technologies and Director of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Center at Arabian Gulf University / King Abdullah Medical City. In that role, he leads a US$50 million healthcare technology program.
His financial services experience includes his previous role as Information Security & Quality Assurance Manager at Al Baraka Banking Group. There, he established the group-wide information security and IT governance function across 12 subsidiaries.
Mr. Abdulrahman holds an MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology. His professional certifications include CISA, PMP, ITILv3, and MCSE. He has also received regional and global recognition, including IDC’s Top 50 Tech Leaders in the Middle East and World CIO 200.
He brings expertise in technology strategy, cyber risk and operational resilience to the Board.
Hakan Ozyon and Muzzammil Dhedhy serve as Executive Directors, bringing executive and operational leadership alongside the Board’s independent oversight.
The establishment of the Board follows Hejaz B.S.C. (c)’s recent Category 1 Investment Business Firm license from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and marks the next stage in the company’s continued development in the Kingdom.
