Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By submitting an eligible entry, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion period

The promotion begins and ends at the times stated in the table above. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to Global residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, are ineligible. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, residence and identity before awarding a prize.

4. How to enter

1. Follow @hejazfs and @halalmoneyapp on Instagram.
2. Register for and attend the webinar.
3. Submit your question in the comment section of the Q&A Giveaway announcement post.
4. Tag 3 friends in your comment and invite them to join the webinar.
5. Make sure your question is related to halal investing, investment funds, or the webinar topics.
6. Take a screenshot of the Thank You EDM received after the webinar as proof of attendance.
7. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the Giveaway Terms & Conditions.
8. Entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period.

5. Entry requirements

Each submitted question must be original, relevant, suitable for public discussion and not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. An entrant may submit more than one question, but each must be materially different. Duplicate or substantially similar questions from the same entrant will be treated as one entry.

6. Judging and winner selection

Three winner(s) will be selected by 25 September 2026 by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process or outcome, except as required by applicable law.

7. Notification and claim

The Promoter will notify provisional winner(s) by direct message from the official @hejazfs or @halalmoneyapp account. A provisional winner must respond within 48 hours, provide any reasonably requested verification, and follow the claim instructions. The Promoter will not ask a winner to pay a fee or provide a password to claim a prize.

8. Unclaimed prizes

If a provisional winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter may select the next highest-scoring eligible entry using the same judging criteria. Any replacement selection will occur by 30 September 2026

9. Prizes

The prize details are stated on the table above. Prices are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Privacy

The Promoter collects an entrant’s public Instagram handle, entry content and, for winner administration, contact and verification information. This information is collected to administer the promotion, contact winners, verify eligibility, deliver prizes and manage complaints. Entrants should not include personal, financial, religious or other sensitive information in their questions. The Promoter may moderate, remove and retain entries as reasonably necessary to operate the promotion and comply with law.

11. Entry content and publicity

Entrants retain ownership of their entry content. By entering, each entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for 12 months to reproduce, publish and communicate the entry content for administering and promoting this giveaway and the associated webinar. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s name, image or additional testimonial for promotional purposes without consent, except where required by law.

12. Financial information disclaimer

The giveaway and webinar content are intended for general educational purposes only and do not take account of any person’s objectives, financial situation or needs. They are not personal financial product advice. Before acting on any general information, participants should consider whether it is appropriate for their circumstances and obtain professional advice where appropriate. Where a financial product is referred to, participants should obtain and consider the relevant disclosure documents before making a decision.

13. Conduct and disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, submits content contrary to clause 5, provides false information, uses automation or multiple accounts to manipulate entry, or otherwise interferes with the fair conduct of the promotion. The Promoter will act reasonably and consistently with applicable law.

14. Changes, cancellation and liability

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, a technical failure, fraud, legal or regulatory requirement, or another material issue affecting fair administration. Any change will be published through the official promotion post or the Promoter’s website. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
